by doing pranayama for mind and mudra poster are practiced for physical health. after doing physical yoga the yoga comes to a deep cand that called meditation. there are many scriptures of ancient India Hinduism about yoga and maximum describe eight steps of yoga.
There is my type of yoga raja yoga,hatha yoga, mantra yoga, laya yoga, bhakti yoga, karma yoga but ancient script show only two main types of yoga, one is yoga other is called Sankhya.

Patanjali yoga sutra is the heart of all yoga and all other yoga are its just branches.
so we should practice the Patanjali yoga sutra of eight limbs that is called ashtanga yoga.

The eight limbs of yoga are: Yama (abstinences), niyama (observances), asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), Dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (absorption)

thay eight limbs are must for practinisner of yoga but if you are doing only for helth perpose then you can so only one or two limbs of yoga the ate asana and pranayama and some mudra are also there.but in yoga scrit say that one pranayama and one asana or only one mudra is enogh for ataining conciesnes , thy are for Arranged human soil body and mind conciesness.
